Changes in Phone Payment Policy
Beginning November 1, 2018 you will call our toll free number 833-326-7017 to make your utility payment by using your debit or credit card. Please note the Utility Department will no longer accept payments over the
phone, you must use the toll free number. To pay your utility bill by telephone, you will pay a convenience fee of $1.25.
If you call city hall at 205-668-3500, you should press option 2 to pay by phone. You will need your account number and street address to make your payment; you will pay a convenience fee of $1.25.
